What does "Full Day" rental time mean?

How far do we travel?

We travel 50 miles starting from either Richmond or Williamsburg Virginia free of charge. If your event is further away, we'll reach out to discuss a reasonable travel fee.

What locations do we service?

We operate out of Richmond and Williamsburg but service the surrounding cities as well. These include Glen Allen, Midlothian, Ashland, Doswell, Powhatan, Chester, Petersburg, Fredericksburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Newport News, West Point, and more!

If your city isn't listed, contact us as we can likely still make your event work!

Is there an additional fee if the venue is outside the free travel range?

Anything beyond the greater Richmond or Williamsburg areas, send us your venue location and we will give you an exact quote.

Question 5

How long does it take to set up?

Accepted Answer

For most events we prefer two hours to set up your PhotoBooth experience. The LuxeBooth is the exception, we only need one hour!

Is set up and breakdown of the booth included?

Yes! We offer one clear price for the full event experience.

Question 7

How much space is required?

Accepted Answer

We need roughly a 10x10x10 space to set up smoothly.

Can we add a guestbook?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you would like a guestbook and we will include it for free with our UltraBooth or NoirBooth. Note that our free guestbook only works with the classic 2x6 inch "strip" designs.

Do we receive digital copies of the photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After the event is over we will send you a link with the full album of all the photos taken during your event, all in full resolution.

Question 10

Can the PhotoBooth be outside?

Accepted Answer

Yes! During the booking process, we will help you choose the best spot for your booth setup. We typically look for an area out of direct sunlight to avoid harsh shadows and heat on the PhotoBooth, a tented or covered space when possible, and a location protected from wind. We also need a rain plan in case the weather changes on your event day.

Does your booth have filters?

Yes. We can install filters on your photo booth event.

Question 12

Does your booth offer social media sharing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After you take your photos you can send digital copies directly to yourself or your social media accounts!

Question 13

Does your photo booth offer gifs, boomerangs, and videos?

Accepted Answer

If you request gifs, boomerangs, or videos we can include this free of charge. By default we do not offer these as we've found that most guest do not use them and prefer physical prints.
