1. Explore Your Options & Pick Your Perfect Booth

2. Reach Out with Your Event Info

Once you’ve picked your booth, simply fill out our instant-quote form or give us a call with your event date, venue details, and any other important information.


3. Receive Your Personalized Quote & Full Details

We'll email detailed information with you. Either respond and let us know you want to move forward, or you will receive a link where you can book yourself online.


4. Secure Your Date with a Deposit

To lock in your booking, a 35% deposit is required. This guarantees your photo booth is reserved exclusively for your event. The remaining balance is due 1 week to the date, making payment easy and flexible. You will receive all payment instructions to your email.


5. Complete Your Required Forms & Approve Your Design

After booking, we’ll send you important forms to complete, including your booth configuration and print design preferences. You’ll receive a proof of your photo strip or template design to review and approve. Once confirmed, we’ll double-check all event details with you to ensure a flawless experience.


6. Day of Your Event: We Bring the Fun!

On your big day, our professional attendants arrive early to set up your booth perfectly. They’ll manage the fun all night long, ensuring your guests have an unforgettable experience—and that everything runs smoothly.


7. Relive the Memories

After the event, we provide online galleries and digital copies of your photos and videos so you and your guests can enjoy the memories again and again.
