1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by AMA Photobooth, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms, including the Privacy Policy outlined below.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A signed agreement and/or deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Bookings are not reserved until payment requirements are met.

  • Full payment terms are outlined in your invoice or booking confirmation.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations within the stated cancellation period may be eligible for partial refunds or credits at our discretion.

  • Changes to event date, time, or location are subject to availability.

  • Significant changes may incur additional fees.

4. Event Access, Setup & Operation

  • The Client must provide timely access to the venue for setup and breakdown.

  • Adequate space, lighting, and a stable power source must be provided.

  • We assume our standard setup time is available; restricted or delayed access may reduce operating time without refund.

  • AMA Photobooth is not responsible for interruptions caused by venue limitations or unsafe conditions.

5. Equipment Use & Damage

  • All equipment remains the property of AMA Photobooth.

  • The Client may be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or guest interference during the rental period.

6. Use of Photos & Media Release

  • By booking AMA Photobooth, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and videos captured during your event may be used by AMA Photobooth for marketing and promotional purposes, including:

      • Website galleries 

      •  Social media platforms

      •  Advertising and promotional materials 

      • Portfolio displays

  • We use discretion when selecting media and aim to represent events professionally and respectfully.

  • If you or your guests do not wish to be featured, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

  • AMA Photobooth retains non-exclusive rights to use event media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to

    • ​Severe weather

    • Illness or emergencies

    • Venue restrictions

    • Power outages

    • Acts of nature or unforeseen events

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with AMA Photobooth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and videos captured at events

  • Provide photobooth services*

  • Manage bookings and payments

  • Deliver digital galleries and event media

  • Communicate important service updates

  • Improve our services and customer experience

Event media may be used for marketing purposes only when permitted under Section 6. Guests may opt out by notifying us before or during the event. We do not sell personal images or event media.
